Marsha - Office Manager
Marsha and Dr. Brawka have worked together since 2010. She joined Dr. Brawka and Dr. Jacobsen in 2016 as Office Manager. Marsha began her dental career over 39 years ago as an Orthodontic assistant. Her dental training continued with oral surgery, periodontics, and general practice which led to front office administration. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Her positive personality characterized by helpfulness and willingness to assist others in all aspects of the office, which can significantly enhance workplace dynamics. Her proactive approach in helping others not only boosts morale but also strengthens team cohesion and collaboration, making them invaluable assets to our practice. Marsha values quality time with her husband, Jeff and their blended family. Loving her grandchildren is the most rewarding job she never applied for. She enjoys boating, camping, traveling and scrapbooking.

Gracie joined our team in 2023, bringing with her a genuine passion for patient care. She began her dental assisting career in 2015 and has been dedicated to helping others feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair ever since. Outside the office, Gracie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, and she loves expressing her creativity through crafting. With steady hand and gentle counsel, she soothes the anxious, and slays decay!
Haleigh - Dental Assistant
Haleigh Souders is a highly experienced dental assistant with 17 years in the field and a passion for creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. With advanced training in pit and fissure sealants, coronal scaling, and coronal polishing, Haleigh brings both technical skill and a gentle touch to each appointment.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality, Haleigh plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their dental care. She values building trust, making patients feel at ease, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether working with children, adults, or those anxious about dental treatment, Haleigh is dedicated to helping every patient feel well cared for.
Outside the office, Haleigh loves spending time with her husband and their three daughters. Whether they're enjoying family outings or relaxing together at home, family time is one of her greatest joys.
